Coffee Cookie, my newest protein shake recipe:
- 3-4 ice cubes (adjust to your slushi-ness liking)
- 1tbs ground flax seed
- 1 scoop of Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Cookies & Cream protein powder
- ½C Soy Slender Cappuccino Soy Milk
- ¼C Cheerios or oatmeal
Blend well until smooth.
